Nigel May of Nimrod fame has just started a Maritime Facebook Group and its fascinating to see pictures from the period I was on Nimrods (1979-89). It’s also interesting to see the maritime escapades before and after my time on Nimrods, right until the end in 2010. This Facebook group is different in that it’s more about reacquainting yourself with old mates and not necessarily about the aircraft flown on, with a specula emphasis on NO politics.
