This is supposed to be a field of wheat (located off the A424 adjacent to Upper Rissington). As you can see its been infiltrated by wild poppies with a blaze of red. Why all these poppies, I guess that farmers have reduced their use of weed killing sprays? Remembering that the poppy is used as way of remembering our fallen heroes.
