Newark tends to hold the AFD earlier than the is the normal
The ceremony commenced with a March by RAF Cranwell personnel through Newark, attended by RAF Cranwell Station Commander Gp Capt T Jessup MSc MA BSc (Hons) RAF .
The parade will consisted of a march through Newark which included an inspection of all parade personnel by the RO and other dignitaries. This was followed by a march past the dais en-route back to the dismissal point.
The Salute was taken by the RAF Cranwell Station Commander Gp Capt T Jessup MSc MA BSc (Hons) RAF.
